Mayland Group of Companies is founded by Tan Sri Dato’ David Chiu for almost 2 decades. The Group is primarily engaged in property development and property investment in residential and commercial properties in Malaysia. The Group has spearheaded aggressively and position itself as a leading property developer in Malaysia and one of the largest condominium and service apartment developers in Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia.

In Malaysia, the Group develops mid-range to high-end housing, particularly condominiums and service apartments.
