Through the recent merger exercise, I&P has acquired Golden Hope Plantations Berhad, I&P Seriemas Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Golden Hope Development Sdn Bhd), I&P Alam Impian Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Golden Hope Properties Sdn Bhd) and Syarikat Perumahan Pegawai Kerajaan Sdn Bhd (SPPK).
