Career Avenues

Property
This division is responsible for the strategic planning of property development which encompasses the management and development of its landbanks. This requires expertise in the pre-contract stage (valuation, architectural and town planning skills), post-contract stage (quantity surveying, engineering and building construction skills), and sales and after-sales service.

Trading
Trading activities involving procurement of building materials to support property development activities as well as sales are the prime responsibilities here. Other activities include the supply of fertilizers to plantation sectors.

Human Resource
This division oversees the group's Human Resource needs which include recruitment, staff welfare, compensation and benefits, payroll as well as staff training.

Finance
The Finance Division oversees all financial matters relating to the group which includes fund management, treasury, financial and management accounting as well as budget monitoring.

Information Systems
Responsible for all information technology-related activities within the group, customizing accordingly to the needs of each division.

Legal & Administration
The Legal & Administration division is responsible for corporate legal affairs, company secretarial and general administration of the company. This division also acts as share registrar for Island & Peninsular Berhad and Austral Enterprises Berhad.

Internal Audit
A mandatory requirement for all public-listed companies, the Internal Audit Division undertakes all financial and management audits for the group.
