About Us

Island & Peninsular Berhad (I&P), established on November 25, 1963, has the reputation of being one of the most renowned 'Home Builders' in Malaysia. Being in the industry for more than 40 years, the company has successfully developed numerous property projects throughout the nation.

Through a merger in 2004 Island & Peninsular is now a property conglomerate, which owns a large amount of land bank for property development projects. I&P also acquired I&P Seriemas Sdn Bhd, I&P Alam Impian Sdn Bhd and Syarikat Perumahan Pegawai Kerajaan Sdn Bhd (SPPK).

In June 2007, I&P was delisted from Bursa Malaysia, and is now a wholly-owned company of Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB).
