YBhg Dato' Roszali bin Othman
Director, Property

YBhg Dato’ Roszali joined Golden Hope Group in 1998 as Chief Operating Officer. In December 2001, he was appointed as Director, Property Operations. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Land Surveying Scs. (Hons) from North London University, London.

YBhg Dato' Roszali is a Fellow member of the Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (FISM) and a member of Malaysian Association of Authorised Land Surveyors. He has also attended the Advanced Management Programme at INSEAD, France.

YBhg Dato’ Roszali joined I & P in August 2005 as Director of Property.

Ismail Zakariah

Chief Operating Officer,
Perumahan Kinrara Berhad

A graduate of Leeds University, Ismail Zakariah obtained
his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1981.

Prior to joining I & P, Ismail spent 10 gainful years with
the Drainage and Irrigation Department of the Ministry of Agriculture. He served at various locations including Penang, Kedah and Terengganu.

Ismail joined I & P in 1991 as a Senior Project Engineer.
From 1993, he was the Regional Manager heading the
company's property implementation in Penang until 2000
when he assumed his present appointment as the Chief
Operating Officer of Perumahan Kinrara Berhad. He is also a member of the Asian Institute of Management (AIM).

Mohd Shukor Bin Haji Nasir
General Manager,

I&P Seriemas Sdn Bhd

Mohd Shukor joined Golden Hope Development Sdn.
Bhd. (GHDSB) in 1999 as Senior Manager in the Project
Department before rising to his current position as General
Manager in 2003.

Prior to joining GHDSB, Mohd Shukor worked in the quantity surveying consultancy of Hashim & Lim for over five years. After which, he joined Pilecon Engineering Berhad for more than eight years, where he gained his experience in property development.

Mohd Shukor holds an Advanced Diploma in Quantity
Surveying from MARA Institute of Technology and Masters in Business Administration from University of Abertay Dundee, Scotland. He is a member of the Institute of Surveyors Malaysia.

Azli Ali
Director,
Information Systems

Azli graduated with a Diploma in Computer Science from
Mara Institute of Technology in 1978. After working for a year
as an analyst/programmer, he left for the UK to pursue his
graduate programme in Brighton Polytechnic. He served
Petronas from 1981 until 1990 before joining I & P. Since
then, he has been responsible for developing IT strategies and plans for the Group.

He is also an associate member of Malaysian National
Computer Confederation (MNCC), Malaysian Institute of
Management (MIM) and Asian Institute of Management (AIM).

Raja Aliza Raja Aziddin

Assistant Director,

Human Resources

Raja Aliza spent over four years at Perwira Affin Bank,
initially as an Operations Executive before moving into
Human Resource Management. She joined I&P in 1992.

She holds a Science Degree majoring in Mathematics
from Universiti Malaya and a Certificate in Personnel
Management from the Malaysian Institute of Human
Resource Management.

Appointed by the Malaysian Agricultural Producers
Association (MAPA), Raja Aliza sat on the Board of Panels to review the National Code of Conduct for Industrial Harmony in 1997. She was elected as a panel member for the IR Court in year 2000, and was later re-elected in year 2004. She was also appointed by Malaysian Palm Oil Association (MPOA) as a member of the working committee on health matters (term 2002-2004).

Arul Sothy Mylvaganam

General Manager, (Corporate & Finance) SPPK

Fellow of the Association of Certified Accountants, UK,
Arul trained as an articled clerk with Simmons Cohen Fine & Partners in London, getting to grips with the fundamentals of accounting, auditing & taxation. Upon qualifying, he gained valuable experience in the UK commercial sector.

Upon his return to Malaysia in 1987, he joined Ernst &
Young and was involved in the audits of multinational
companies in various industries. After seven fruitful years he returned to the commercial sector by joining Syarikat
Perumahan Pegawai Kerajaan Sdn. Bhd. (SPPK).

Noor Lida Nazri

General Manager,
Group Marketing & Communications

Noor Lida began her career with C H Williams, Talhar & Wong Sdn Bhd, a valuation and real estate consultancy firm. She later joined I&P Berhad, working there for five years before joining Damansara Realty Berhad. Thereafter, she joined SPPK where she remained for over ten years before rejoining I&P in 2005 as Head of Group Marketing. In October 2005, she was reassigned as General Manager of Group Marketing and Communications.

Azlina Baharom
General Manager,
Corporate Affairs

Upon admission as an advocate and solicitor of both the Supreme Court of Singapore and High Court of Malaya in 1991, Azlina worked at Messrs Arthur Loke & Partners in Singapore before moving to Malaysia in 1994 to take on a partnership at Messrs Ishak & Co. She left legal practice in October 1997 to join Golden Hope Plantations Berhad, where she managed the Legal and Secretarial Department. She 's now the General Manager for Corporate Affairs Division of I&P acting as the Group's Company Secretary and overseeing the legal, secretarial and administration portfolio. She has been with I&P since November 2002.

Yuslina Mohd Yunus
General Manager,
Finance

Yuslina is currently I&P Berhad's General Manager of Finance and is responsible for the Group's financial reporting and budgetary process. She joined the Group in 1991.

Gurbakhish Singh
Harnek Singh
Chief Internal Auditor

Gurbakhish had worked in various industries since 1977, serving companies such as Gula N S Sdn Bhd, Perwira Habib Bank Berhad, PHB Credit Sdn Bhd, Dunlop Estates Berhad and the Inchcape Group, before joining the I&P Group in 1990. He served the companies in various capacities in Internal Audit, Finance and Accounting, Treasury, Administration, Human Resources Development, Quality Management, and Business Risk Management.

Nora Nordin
Head, Quality

Nora holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Winthrop College, USA. She started her career in 1988 as a graduate trainee with the Marketing Section. Although a graduate in accounting, she pursued a career in marketing and rose to become the Senior Marketing Manager until 2000.

From 2000, she was the Special Assistant to the MD and
headed the Strategic Planning Unit until March 2002 when
the Quality Division was established. In June 2003, she
obtained certification as a Lead Auditor from the Quality
Society of Australasia.

Nora is also a member of the Asian Institute of
Management (AIM).
