( 122570-H ).Through the recent merger between Golden Hope Plantations Berhad and Island & Peninsular Berhad (I&P), I&P Seriemas is now a subsidiary company of I&P, a pure property conglomerate and has emerged as the largest property developer in terms of landbank.
