Being in the industry for more than 40 years, we have developed and currently develop lot of projects through our wholly-owned subsidiaries and joint-venture companies. Such projects are Taman Setiawangsa, Bandar Kinrara, Alam Damai, Alam Sutera, Desa Mutiara, Bayu Lakehomes and Kota Seriemas. Some of our major subsidiaries are :-

 

Syarikat Perumahan Pegawai Kerajaan

Syarikat Perumahan Pegawai Kerajaan Sendirian Berhad (SPPK) was incorporated by the Minister of Finance(MOF), incorporated on 29th March, 1971. In 2004 Island & Peninsular Berhad purchased a 70% equity in SPPK and become its major shareholder. MOF continues to hold a 30% equity stake.

Between 1971 and 2004, SPPK developed more than 17,000 units of various types of residential homes in the states of Wilayah Persekutuan, Selangor, Perak, Penang, Kedah, Kelantan, Pahang, Johor and Negeri Sembilan. In Wilayah Persekutuan, the Company is synonymous with its development in the prestigious enclave of Damansara Heights. Its current flagship developments are Seri Beringin in Damansara Heights, Alam Damai in Cheras and Alam Sutera in Bukit Jalil.

I&P Seriemas

Formerly known as Golden Hope Development Sdn Bhd, I&P Seriemas's core business activity is property development involving various types of properties namely residential, commercial, resort and leisure as well as industrial township.

In its quest to become a leading property developer and to ride on I&P's strong industry presence, I&P Seriemas ensures quality products and services, emphasizing on the environment and lifestyle. Being a responsible corporate citizen, I&P Seriemas strives to make a difference to the community through a well-thought and up-to-date township planning.

Perumahan Kinrara Berhad (PKB)

Perumahan Kinrara Berhad (PKB) is a joint-venture company between Island & Peninsular Berhad (I&P), Lembaga Tabung Amanah Tentera (LTAT) and Lembaga Urusan Tabung Haji (LUTH). I&P is the majority shareholder while, LTH and LTAT each has 24.5%, while interest in PKB. PKB main activity is property development and has several subsidiaries such as Kinrara Golf Club.

KGC main business activities is golfing. The golf course is designed by Edward H Parslow and in house designer En. Roslee Muda with most jaded of golfers in mind. KGC is conveniently located just 15-20 minutes drive from Kuala Lumpur via Sungai Besi/Kesas Highway. KGC is currently managed by Lotus Nation Sdn Bhd.

I&P Alam Impian

Formerly known as Golden Hope Properties Sdn Bhd.
I&P Alam Impian core business is property development.

Alam Impian is an exciting new mixed development within a prime location. Cradled by the Federal Highway and the KESAS Highway, it boasts a proximity of a mere 3.5 km to Shah Alam city centre. I&P has applied new standards of environmental design including broad 50-feet wide streets total undergrounding of infrastructural services and a modern centralised sewerage plant.

Greenery being theme of the township, 13% of the development is dedicated to green lungs. Situated in high ground, Alam Impian enjoys a 2.9km frontage to Sg.Klang. A labyrinth of interconnected jogging and bicycles tracks leads to a 32 acre lush central park.
